Salone in Italian means a place in a house, place for people to meet each other, where all the guest are gathered, having talks, laugh and chill.
As we are old lovers with Italian culture, food, music, movies and art we love to share our passion to everyone who come to us.
We made a modern Italian restaurant with a unque low&high style.
It plays on contrasts: the interior is a mix of antique and vintage furniture and trendy Italian design brands. The kitchen boasts both well knowledge of traditional recepies and using modern teqniques and unexpected combinations in taste.
The bartenders and somelliers displays a love for traditional Tuscanian wines and grappa, a drink of the Italian working class, but also offers a trendy and funky natural wines from France or Austria.
Our team is a well educated gastronomic admires with an easy going and personal approach to service.
